archman, bad log name, won't use ew_commonvars

Description
two instances of archman run {{{ archman 7904 Alive ??/ 0 00:00:03 archman.d
archman 7912 Alive ??/ 0 00:00:04 archman_q330.d
}}} but both log to archman_20170621.log ! this isn't using the logit api properly!
also, earthworm_commonvars values don't seem to be respected so KOM api is also not used.
