Description
A user of sniffwave at the Earthworm class in San Francisco requests a new feature for sniffwave that is a not operator to any filter.....
So that say you had 5 networks data flowing through a ring and you wanted to see all of them except one, then they would like a way to say:
sniffwave WAVE_RING not wild wild NC wild n
and see all data that doesn't meet the filter params: wild wild NC wild
Note: See

Can you be sure what is meant by each of these?
