startstop on Linux didn't crash if bogus line in the .d file

Reported by: paulf Owned by: et
Priority: major Milestone: Linux
Component: startstop Version: 7.9

Description

The case we saw at the Earthworm class this week showed that if you mistyped the word:

Process "blah blah.d"

as

Procss "blah blah.d"

startstop would just ignore the line and keep on going. I would have expected it to issue a severe warning because of bogus info in the startstop.d file.
